Diwali is just around the corner and India is going into the shopping frenzy mood. Everyone is trying their best to woo the customers. Smartphone makers are no exception. Lenovo in keeping with the mood has just launched its Big Diwali Plan for customers.
Lenovo has become a big player in the smartphone market in India since the success of its 4G smartphones such as the K3 Note. To establish its hold in the market further, with the launch of new exciting products lined up, the company is also focusing on enhancing the quality of services it delivers to its existing customers. Lenovo has decided to launch its Exclusive Service Centers (ESCs) across the country. They are planning to launch 50 ESCs covering 40 cities by Deepawali this year. This number will be increased by 100 more by the end of the middle of next year. This is a really good news for existing as well as prospective customers of the company, as the ESCs will enhance the service experience by miles.
Currently, Lenovo already has around 350 service centers spread across the country to provide services to its customers.According to Lenovo, “More than 100 Service Centres covering almost 80% of call volume are equipped with Loaner units to offer standby devices to the customers and over 200 Service Centres covering almost 90% of call volume are enabled with Spares Minimum stock level (MSL) to offer faster repair Turn Around Time”. The opening of new ESCs will greatly enhance Lenovo’s effort to provide good quality, hassle free and timely services to its customers.
With ESCs, the company is also launching its most successful product lineup with added enhanced features just for this Deepawali season. The lineup includes A6000 Shot, which comes with a 13 MP primary shooter, snapdragon’s 410 quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. The A6000 will also use ‘Dolby Atoms’ technology to provide a 360-degree surround sound experience.
The more budget friendly option includes the A1000 powered by Spreadtrum SC7731, a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor having 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. It has a 4-inch TFT-TN display with 800x480p resolution. The device will run on Android 5.0, Lollipop. It sports a 5MP primary camera along with a 0.3 MP front shooter. It is a dual sim device supporting 3G and runs on a battery with 2050 mAh capacity.
A limited music edition of the in demand K3 Note will also be launched this Diwali. It has a 5.5 inch full HD display (1920*1080), is powered by MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor which is clocked at 1.7 GHz, has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It also supports microSD card up to 32GB. It has a 13MP primary camera module with Omnivision sensor and a 5MP front facing shooter. It has dual sim slots and both sims support 4G LTE bands. Lenovo’s K3 Note now comes with a world’s first AnyWoofer technology.Using this, you can basically convert any cardboard box into an amplifier.
The Lenovo K3 Note music edition will come in three different colours: Pearl White, Onyx Black, and Laser Yellow.
Lenovo A6000Shot, A1000 & K3Note Music edition is priced at INR 9999, 4999 & 12999 respectively. They will be available in stores and leading retail outlets across the country starting the last week of October.
