Members of a family have the freedom to create their own personal profiles using the Lukup Player mobile application and use their profiles to personalize the experience. There’s a total privacy control over their profiles with individual channels, personalized favourite playlists and 500 GB of free media storage on the cloud to view content from wherever they are.

Plans start with the Starter Pack of Rs.990 per month for more than 140 free-to-air linear channels, 500 GB of free network storage to record TV, 30 GB broadband data at 4Mbps download & upload speed including Rs.300 credit to subscribe to standard definition and HD pay TV channels and video on demand content. The other packs include Premium and Power Packages.
The hardware is priced at Rs. 5000 for the single screen Lukup Player S and Rs. 6000 for the multi-screen Lukup Player X. It comes with unlimited TV recording that allows the users to view their recorded content anywhere on any device.
