The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update brings the Android build number to 19.4.A.0.182 on your Xperia C3. The good news is that the update is available for both single SIM Xperia C3 (D2533) and the dual SIM variant (D2502) of the device.
The update is not rolling out gradually instead it is available all over the globe at the same time, so no waiting for updates while other people already have it.
