We recently brought you pictures of what allegedly will be HTC’s 2014 flagship codenamed HTC M8, the successor to the HTC One and now we have specs of the device thanks to @evleaks.
Before coming to the specs let’s talk about how the looks are phone are expected to be. The leaked picture gave us few insights that the HTC M8 will feature an aluminium unibody similar to the HTC One but it will be noticeably slimmer than the current flagship from the Taiwanese company.
The HTC M8 will feature a 5-inch 1080p display unlike what was rumored and it will come with the Snapdragon 800 processor which powers the current crop of flagships such as the Note 3, Lumia 1520 etc.. which can be disappointing considering Qualcomm will surely announce their next gen processors by then.
Android 4.4 KitKat is a surety and we’ll also see HTC’s latest Sense 6 by then. There is no word if it will come with the UltraPixel camera which has been receiving mixed reviews. HTC really needs a great device because the One was received quite well when it was announced so HTC need to carry on the momentum else their fall will become inevitable.
