Step 1. Launch the Program and Connect Android Phone to PC 
After downloading and installing this program on your computer, launch it. Plug your phone to the computer via a USB cable. You need to enable USB debugging on your Android phone.

Step 2: Preview and select the text messages for backup

Go to the top menu, click on the “Contact” tab to enter the SMS management window. Choose “All SMS” to show all the text messages on your Android phone. Preview and choose the text messages you want to transfer to PC.

Step 3: Select the contacts you need and start to export

All your Android phone data are categorized on the top menu. Click on the “Contact” tab and the contact management panel will be showed on the left. Choose “All Contact” to show all the contact phone numbers on your Android phone.
