Refund and Cancellation Policy
- You are eligible for a full refund if you decide to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment.
(Excluding graphic design, content writing and consultancy services ) - If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 5 days of service then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance, minus the cost, will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 45 days of cancellation.
- All service renewals should be cancelled 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
- If cancellations are made before the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be responsible for paying.
- Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.
SEO Refund Policy
Creative11 won’t be liable for a refund or a guarantee for ranking under the below circumstances:
- Changes in the ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines.
- We analyze your website to find the links that need to be built and update your domain as an effect. If you do not provide the correct URLs, we will not be liable for any errors or refunds of money.
- During the service period, if the client opts for a third party SEO services which may impact the ranking.
- Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third party service provider hired by them.
We (or any SEO company) cannot guarantee that our SEO services will rank your website in the top ten results instantly, but we always put our sincere efforts with whitehat methods to bring you the best outcome. Our goal will always be of your business growth and success.
